The products are delivered frozen and will stay that way for 2-3 hours after delivery depending on the weather.
By offering them exclusively through fundraising, superior quality is maintained and each customer is assured a fresh product. Limited availability is also important to keep demand high and increase profits for our fundraising groups.
We will arrive in our own delivery vehicle on the date and time selected. We will unload the products and put them in the order that they appear on the form. (Apple, Blueberry, Bavarian, etc.) The totals are checked in with you to show you that you have everything that you ordered. Orders can then be sorted out using a simple technique that we will show you. We will ask you to have a couple of tables and some volunteers and we will provide the extra boxes and bags. Ask about our new presorting program.
Most groups sell for two weeks. After the order is called in we will deliver in 7-14 days later. So your sale can be wrapped up within a month! In slower times of the year we can even do it quicker as our delivery schedule is more flexible.
We suggest that you collect payment when your customer places their order. This way you have all the money collected in advance and you won’t be stuck with any product that is not paid for.
We encourage all groups to sell more than 200 items. Selling less than 200 items may result in a delivery fee.
Payment is due at the time of delivery in the form of a check or cash. Will accept a check in the mail after delivery if necessary.

Due to the fact that Butter Braid® pastries must be sent overnight, with dry ice in a cooler, the shipping cost soon eats up the profit.
We would encourage your relatives that are coming from out of state that have ordered from you to bring a cooler, buy a little dry ice and take it back with them. The product will stay cold several days provided you tape it shut and covered with a blanket. Butter Braid® pastries must be kept at 0 degrees or below so regular ice does not work.
You should have a received an order tabulator by email to submit your order by. If you can’t find it, just give us a call, we can resend it.
